Shaztek has begun its original building and repairing computer operations for friends and family, out of their garage in the suburbs of Philadelphia. They were receiving so many requests for computer repair that they decided to open Shaztek with the vision of protecting and supporting Philadelphia's computer users. Soon, word of their outstanding service spread and the team could hardly keep up with demand. They knew that to be truly helpful, they would need to be able to answer the call for help 24 hours a day.
